Supervisors, team leaders and frontline workers in the construction, asphalt, mining and manufacturing industries can all benefit from this program.
Typically, you find programs are developed either at the supervisory OR frontline levels. What’s in this course?
The training to be delivered is based on the empirically derived Zone of Engagement (ZE)™ Model and includes a strong focus on developing situational awareness, foresight ability and crew synergy.
Dual pathways are run concurrently:
- 5 x 2 hours for supervisor training
- 4 x 1 hour for frontline training
Can include a combination of online and in-person workshops to align with your organisational requirements.
