This program is focused on providing practical skills specifically directed at supporting project managers and Engineers to improve site culture and team performance. In this applied facilitated online introductory course, participants will be cover topics that will help them to improve leadership skills and support career progression.

Leading a Work Crew is an applied program that is delivered via Teams as 2-hour modules. The sessions are interactive and facilitated live by a highly experienced industry expert.

EARN CREDIT TOWARDS FURTHER PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT*

3 modules x 2 hours (total 6 hours + 6 hours of free optional online content for you to use for CPD) + 1:1 Coaching Session 1 hour and optional reflective project (4 hours for CPD).

*can be used as RPL credit towards a Certificate IV in Leadership and Management

*CPD points (approval pending)

WHO SHOULD STUDY THIS COURSE?
The course is designed specifically for Engineers, Supervisors and Project managers in the construction and related (e.g., mining and manufacturing) industries who would like to develop their skills in leadership and people management.

Suitable to do as a stand-alone course, or following our People Management Essentials course.

If you are currently working in a supervisory role or have an ambition to move into management, this course will provide you with some key skills and knowledge.
