Is your team in the zone?

Based on empirical research, employees in” the zone” are kicking goals. They are productive, enjoying their work, and are generally an asset to the organisation.

Whether workers are in “the zone” depends on their Cultural Fit (CF) and Personal Qualities (PQ).
